We are a small, senior, founder-led team. We advise on AI strategy and build production AI systems, based in London and Los Angeles.

We embed AI into every stage of our process. We question assumptions and build from first principles. We are vendor-agnostic, open-source friendly, and focused on real operational leverage.

We hire selectively. We look for people who work at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and delivery — experienced engineers, recent graduates, or people with an unusual perspective on where AI is going.
